On 7th November, 2016, for the 6th year in succession, BASF India inaugurated the Corporate Governance and Business Ethics Seminar Series at the IGTC. The series was commenced by Dr. Raman Ramachandra, Head South Asia, Chairman & Managing Director, BASF India.

Over the following weeks, the top management from various departments such as Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs, held interactive lectures at IGTC with the students. They covered various topics like HR and Ethics – Connecting the dots!, Evolution of Corporate Governance & Business Ethics in India, Corporate Governance begins with Self Governance, and Corporate Governance and Business Ethics in Finance and Corporate Communication.

The purpose of these lectures is to prepare the young students for the corporate world, while incorporating good governance and business ethics among them.
