The most important lesson which I learnt from my manager is “Go for it, whether it ends good or bad.” It was an experience. Small changes may add up to huge results.
Apoorva Vyas, CRE at Carl Zeiss India (Bangalore) Pvt. Ltd.
I had a phenomenal experience working with Pamas India in Mumbai. I had edification insight about the proficiency working in a German work structure. The apprenticeship learning and tutelage training very much nourishes the way in which one takes up the internship training provided by Indo German Training Centre.
Hiral Bareja, PAMAS GmbH
My three month internship stint at Carl Zeiss has made me realize the importance of self-belief and getting things done for yourself. I have also learnt the importance of pragmatic thinking during my internship phase.
Clinton Paul, Carl Zeiss India
My internship at Siemens was amazing. I had a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment. During my Internship, I was able to develop my interpersonal skills.
Rahul Patil, Siemens Technology and Services Pvt. Ltd.
One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn’t pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore faith in yourself.
Dhananjay N Pagere, Marketing department at Festo Controls Pvt. Ltd.
Coming from a Christmas vacation after the completion of Phase I at IGTC, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance served as an ideal platform to transcend my management skill and knowledge from the textbook to the corporate world. The journey from a student to a management trainee was challenging. The transition from classroom to the work station was not easy.
Jaideep Phadke, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company
