Building Intercultural Competencies and Avatars of HR

As multi-national and –cultural aspects becoming more important in terms of recruitment, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce Bangalore has organized a one-day Human Resource Forum at the facilities of the Indo-German Training Centre on 12th January 2018. This event was divided into two main sections: “Building Intercultural Competencies” and “Avatars of HR”. With work and study experience in Germany, our highly skilled intercultural trainer, Ms. Amrita Gandikota, has provided essential information regarding living and working in Germany and prevention of intercultural business conflicts to HR representatives of Lufthansa, DB Schenker, Komet, LAPP India, Dopag, Tecosim and more.

With different hands-on activities and best practice exercises, Ms. Turner has conveyed alternative methods to strengthen the team spirit and the consciousness for brainstorming. We hope that this HR Forum imparted the participants valuable insights and we look forward to welcome you at upcoming events of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.
